Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a must for anyone suffering with any sports, lifestyle or postural injuries.
It can also be used as a preventative measure to aid ones overall wellbeing and as a form of recovery for Sports men and woman.

A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet that are linked to every part of the body

Aromatherapy Oils can be included upon request for an additional fee of R40, to add to your experience.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is aimed at getting the mom to be, ready for the arrival of her new little bundle. Pregnancy massage is highly beneficial as it serves to alleviate certain aliments such as
muscle tension, insomnia, anxiety and constipation.

Baby Massage
Baby Massage is a must for every mother and father to give to their babies.
It is aimed at children from birth to 3yrs of age and serves to alleviate certain ailments such as colic, constipation, anxiety and cradle cap. Parents are taught in the session how to massage their babies, which also serves to be a wonderful bonding time for parents with their babies.

Children
I also offer massage relaxation packages for young children who battle with anxiety, ADD, ADHD and or need some help relaxing and some time out.
This is a 45 minute treatment where the child gets a relaxing massage focusing on the large muscle groups, followed by a relaxation session, where they are taught basic breathing and relaxation techniques. It is a great skill to teach your children, as it will help them throughout life.

Reiki Treatments
A Reiki treatment is focused on bringing your body back into balance through the ancient art of “laying of the hands”. Reiki is totally non – contraindicative and can be used to treat any physical, emotional or mental imbalance with in the body. It is fantastic for stress relief and relaxation!

Meditation
This can be done as an individual session or in a group setting.
