Summer is finally on its way! I am finding it so much easier to get up for
training in the mornings now!
Sjoe, those cold, dark winter mornings were definitely not for sissies!
Anyway with winter
behind us and summer on its way one cannot help but be happy!

Natalie has decided
to leave Reflect, it has been fantastic to have her working with me and I would
