It is hard to believe that we are nearly half way through 2012!
I would like to open my newsletter by congratulating all of my client's who completed IronMan in PE at the end of April! The weather conditions made it extremely challenging, so a HUGE congratulations to all of you!
I would also like to send my good luck wishes to all of the guys & girls who are currently riding JHB2C and to my clients who are doing SANI2C at the end of the month!

What's News
Over the last month I have been doing a Chirology Course.
Chirology interprets the sacred language encoded on the hands! It is an extremely powerful healing tool, quite liberating, as it helps you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
I was able to experience the power of Chirology first hand, as we use our hands as our initial case study to work from. I found it incredibly liberating and empowering & have gained so much by doing the course!
I was also very blessed to attend a SoulCollage workshop at the end of April, with Sara from the Blue House. SoulCollage is another powerful tool which helps you connect with your own inner wisdom and intuition. It is such a simple yet powerful process, great for adults and children!
I will adding Chirology to my treatment menu and using both the Chirology and SoulCollage in my
Consciousness Coaching, as I believe both are fantastic tools for helping
people to transform their lives! I am very excited!
So there are loads of exciting developments!
