Parents are taught in the session how to massage their babies, which also serves to be a wonderful bonding time for parents with their babies.

I also offer massage relaxation packages for young children who battle with anxiety, ADD, ADHD and or need some help relaxing and some time out. This is a 45 minute treatment where the child gets a relaxing massage focusing on the large muscle groups, followed by a relaxation session, where they are taught basic breathing and relaxation techniques. It is a great skill to teach your children, as it will help them throughout life.
