Foam Rollers
I found this article today on the Runners World Website, "Foam Rolling For Runners".
It gives some great foam roller exercises for runners and is well worth the read.
I recommend that all my massage clients invest in a Foam Roller, as it can be used in between massage sessions to help with the soft tissue release and in effect speed up their rehabilitation and aid in injury prevention.
You do not need to be a Sports Guru to use a foam roller and they are also not very expensive.
